Brochure Design - Savills

Brief

Savills is a leading global real estate agency that has over 200 offices and associates around the world, and LONO are their marketing and design partners for their Essex branch. We were recently asked by them to create a multi-paged document to show their services in property portfolio management and sale of repossessions.

Action

We established Savills design guidelines in the past and have produced numerous documentations for them since we founded our partnership, so Savills knew they were in safe hands when they proposed the project. Our approach was the same as always, to listen carefully to the client's requests and to communicate regularly with them whilst working on the project to discuss a range of ideas.

Result

The result was a multi-paged document that conveyed a contemporary, corporate and sleek design.
